Refunds, Returns, Shipping & Delivery Policy

All items are sold in AUD Australian Dollars.

Shipping Information

Our shipping rates are generated by Australia Post (AusPost) through our website at the checkout. If you have any problems with shipping please call us and we can arrange a courier.

All orders are shipped within 2 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: info@enticingicingcakedesign.com.au

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Enticing Icing Cakes Design. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund with an online credit. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

We accept items for return with the customer paying for the return postage and a website credit is issued. If items are damaged in transit we do not offer refunds as we have no control once items have left our studio.

No refund is available with custom cakes. Custom cakes must be fully paid for minimum 7 days before the pickup/delivery date otherwise the order is canceled.

We proved custom cake/naked cake instruction on pickup and if a cake is damaged we do not offer refunds once the cakes have left the studio.

We do offer custom cake delivery and we take photos of the cake at the venue. If the cake has any damage after we leave, we take no responsibility for it.

Returns Process

To return an item, please send it to:

And also include the following information:

  • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
  • Your name and address
  • A description of the item you are returning
  • Whether you would like a refund credit note or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
